Ingredients

This side of potatoes is the most delicious thing you will ever taste in your life. Our signature dish is made from potatoes soaked in butter and caramelized onions. It's then grilled on a flat grill so the outside is perfectly crispy and the inside is soft and buttery

Our bacon is pork belly cured with maple and spices, then smoked. Our butchers have mastered the process to bring you the highest quality bacon made in Bali. Which is where our pork is produced. Pork Belly here is usually smaller then what you'd come to expect in other parts of the western world. Here we only use the belly of the pig. Excluding the loin allows for a crispier more delicious bacon.


Our tomatoes are farmed in Bali near the Gianyar region. Delivered directly from the farm to kitchen you are sure to enjoy the freshest tomatoes possible. Making sure our tomatoes are fully ripe, we dry them in the sun for 24 hours after soaking them in olive oil, basil and sea salt. They are truly bursting with sweet and savory tomato goodness.

Mushrooms roasted with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper and olive oil are full of flavour. We bake it in the oven at a very high temperature allowing the flavours to penetrate while keeping the texture soft and firm

Baked Beans are a classic British breakfast food. At Gritz we use a mix of white cannellini beans and red kidney and cook them with onion garlic, tomatoes, and a mix of herbs and spices. This recipe is next level. You'll never want Heinz again.

At Gritz we prefer what we call the asian style egg leaving the yolks nice and runny while giving the outer whites extra crisp edges. Some call it to woke fried egg.
