We value our vegans here at Gritz so of course we make special burgers for them. This is a trusted recipe made abroad that makes all our vegan friends smile. Using a combination of our Corn Fritters with grilled mushrooms drizzled with capsicum sauce between two buns and some crunchy lettuce. Geez.

Our version of this popular burger is all about the sauce. Our homemade burger sauce will have that familiar taste, but without any preservatives. Daging Sapi

Gritz Burger terbuat dari daging sapi yang ditanam secara lokal dari .... peternakan di ..... Mereka diproses dengan ..... Pemotongan sapi dan pemrosesan lebih lanjut dari sapi utuh menjadi daging sapi cincang diselesaikan oleh tukang daging kami di Dapur produksi Gritz.

Bagaimana
Kami secara ketat memantau kehidupan, kesehatan, usia, dan kualitas setiap sapi. Mengasuransikan perlakuan manusia dan kualitas hidup yang layak diterima setiap sapi. Mereka diberi makan campuran rumput dan biji-bijian. Mereka hidup sampai usia 6 tahun dan dibunuh dengan menggunakan proses yang paling aman dan tidak manusiawi. Bangkai tersebut kemudian digantung hingga kering di udara hingga 3 minggu, tergantung ukuran dan jumlah lemaknya, pada suhu tepat di atas titik beku. Proses ini memungkinkan terjadinya pemecahan hemoglobin dan jaringan ikat, sehingga menghasilkan produk yang jauh lebih empuk.  Setelah proses pengeringan dan pelunakan, bangkai dikirim langsung ke Dapur Produksi Gritz dan ahli daging kami memecahnya menjadi potongan primal, sub primal, dan sekunder.. Potongan daging yang kami gunakan untuk burger bisa mencakup bagian sirloin, chuck, rok, iga pendek, penutup, gantungan, brisket dan ekor sapi untuk burger dan sosis daging giling.

Apa

Meninggalkan potongan daging sekunder yang lebih empuk untuk steak daging sapi, kami memotong daging menjadi potongan 1 inci untuk menyiapkannya untuk mesin penggiling kami. Kami membumbui dengan garam laut halus sebelum memasukkannya ke dalam mesin dua kali. Daging cincang pertama berukuran 3/8 inci (9 mm) dan daging cincang kedua berukuran 1/8 inci (3,5 mm). Pastikan daging sapi sangat dingin untuk memastikan hasil gilingan sehalus mungkin. Setelah didiamkan di lemari es agar suhunya tetap dingin, kami kemudian menggulung daging kami menjadi bola-bola 100gr siap untuk dikemas. Karkas kami, potongan primal dan sekunder, daging giling, dan roti daging sapi kami tanpa tambahan apa pun kecuali garam tidak pernah dibekukan. Selalu disajikan sesegar mungkin langsung dari peternakan ke piring Anda.

Salad
Semua sayuran kami termasuk selada, tomat, dan bawang bombay yang kami gunakan untuk burger kami ditanam secara lokal dan organik jika memungkinkan. Kami memilih petani lokal terbaik dari (..... ) untuk sayuran paling segar dan paling matang. Dipetik pada hari yang sama dan dikirim langsung ke lemari es dapur produksi kami. Tidak menghabiskan waktu di toko kelontong di suhu hangat Bali.
Kami menggunakan (...) selada (deskripsi jenis dan lokasi di sini) karena kami yakin selada ini memberikan pengalaman burger dengan tetap menjaga kualitas segarnya. Tomat kami (merek) dari lokasi) yang kami pastikan matang dan berair serta diiris segar sesuai pesanan. Bawang kami adalah bawang merah besar dari (...), biasanya digunakan dalam masakan barat. Jika dipotong dadu kecil atau diiris bulat, mereka memberikan rasa terbaik untuk burger.

Sauc
Saus Gritz dibuat oleh chef produksi kami dari semua bahan alami tanpa tambahan bahan pengawet. Kami menggunakan sayuran dan rempah segar lokal, minyak zaitun, garam laut, merica bubuk, dan rempah-rempah aromatik. Sehat dan lezat. Saus Gritz dikemas dalam gelas dan dijual grosir dan eceran

Cheese
Keju burger kami berasal dari (...) Sayangnya, keju terbaik untuk burger adalah keju olahan karena caranya melelehkan dan melapisi daging sehingga memberikan tekstur yang tepat.  Keju kami dibuat dari American Chedder dan memiliki rasa yang tepat untuk burger terbaik.

Pickles
Bagian terpenting dari burger yang enak adalah acar. Tidak terlalu asam dan tidak terlalu manis. Acar Gritz dibuat dari mentimun lokal yang diiris tebal dan diasamkan dalam toples dengan bumbu dill, biji mustard, dan kombinasi sempurna antara garam, gula, dan cuka sari apel.
