Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

For our Parmigiana we use whole chicken breast. They are locally produced chickens free from hormones and preservatives.

We use any left over sourdough thats been dreid well to make a medium grain breadcrumb. We keep them plain allowing for a balance when crumbed with our families secret spiced flour batter. Which contains wheat flour and eggs.

Our Napolitana sauce is made with arak, fresh tomatoes, and a special blend of herbs and spices. This recipe is a homemade secret that keeps you wanting more

Our Mozzarella is made here in Bali by local produces Bali Dairy. Its freshly made with silky texture and melts perfectly.

Parmesan is an Italian hard, granular cheese produced from cow's milk and aged at least 12 months. Our parmesan is made here by our most trusted suppliers Bali Dairy.

Crumbed Chicken is fried until golden crisp and coated with Napolitana and then packed with high quality mozzarella, parmesan, fresh herbs and olive oil. Great on its own or served with Gritz's signature potatoes, garden salad, or sauteed greens
