Corned Beef

Sourkrout is finely cut raw cabbage that has been fermented. We use a blend of salt and spices and grind the cabbage well. Storing the mix in a sealed jar for 2 weeks. It makes the perfect accompaniment bringing that sour balance of flavours when required.

Sourdough bread is a bread made by the fermentation of dough using wild lactobacillaceae and yeast. Lactic acid from fermentation imparts a sour taste and improves keeping qualities. Besar Mak Sauce. Everyone knows this burger sauce. It's so addictive, we also love serving it as a side. We make our own special ingredients for this sauce. It is a pickled cucumber delight mixed with various sauces and spices to give it its famous taste

This sandwich is made from corned beef, which is meat preserved in a salt solution and coated in carraway and fennel seeds. We slice it very thinly and make sandwiches with sauerkraut and spicy mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and cheese. This is a favourite lunch served all over the world. You'll love it
