We believe ABC produces a very good Asling. So that's what we serve at Gritz. We buy in bulk so we can offer them at wholesale prices. This delicious Indonesian chili sauce has a medium spicy taste with a hint of sweetness and garlic. And perhaps the most famous Indonesian chili sauce sold throughout the world

This chili sauce recipe comes from a famous Warung in Denpasar called Warung Hamdan. They serve it with Fried Chicken but at Gritz we believe it goes with any meal. This is very nice. But of course this recipe is kept secret
