At Gritz we make all of our sauces from scratch, using raw materials and the freshest produce available in Bali. Our local chefs have been taught traditional recipes from there grandparents, who have perfected some of the best sambal recipes Indonesia has to offer. Our international award winning executive chef is renound for developing classic western flavoured sauces with a unique touch making them extra special.
