Our local chefs have been taught traditional recipes from there grandparents, who have perfected some of the best sambal recipes Indonesia has to offer. Our international award winning executive chef is renound for developing classic western flavoured sauces with a unique touch making them extra special.
We believe ABC produces a very good Asling. So that's what we serve at Gritz. We buy in bulk so we can offer them at wholesale prices.
