Sambal Hamdan
At Gritz we make all of our sauces from scratch, using raw materials and the freshest produce available in Bali. Our local chefs have been taught traditional recipes from there grandparents, who have perfected some of the best sambal recipes Indonesia has to offer. Our international award winning executive chef is renound for developing classic western flavoured sauces with a unique touch making them extra special.

This chili sauce recipe comes from a famous Warung in Denpasar called Warung Hamdan. They serve it with Fried Chicken but at Gritz we believe it goes with any meal. This is very nice. But of course this recipe is kept secret
