Fritters

Our Corn Fritters are crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Made with capsicum, onion, fresh herbs these fritters are a western version of perkadel jagung.

Smashed Avocado

We ripen our avocados using natural methods and then smash them into a chunky consistency with sea salt and lime juice. Perfect on toast or as a breakfast side.

Roast Tomato

Slow roasting these basil olive oil and sea salt marinated tomatoes make for the perfect side dish. It takes 18-24 hours for the perfect texture and infusion of flavours.

Roasted with garlic and fesh herbs roast mushrooms brings the perfect baalance of umami flavour to nay meal.

Roast Pumpkin

This variety of pumpkin, called kabocha in Japan, is a delicious treat when roasted. We sprinkle maple while cooking for a more balanced flavor. Another great snack for vegetarians and also perfect for breakfast

Our caramalizzed onions are just that. Cooked down past sour and sweet until you get the perfect caramelization. Leaving a particular flavour that goes wall with almost any meal.

The perfect little snack. Our onion rings are marinated in our families secret recipe goreng. Dipped in crumbs and fried to perfection. You'll be silly to miss out trying these delicious onion rings
